Carrie Jackson

Carrie Jackson is CHARCUT Roast House Vice President of Operations and Co-Owner. She joined CHARCUT Roast House after four years of practicing corporate and commercial law at top law firms in Calgary and California's Silicon Valley. With Bachelor degrees in law, commerce and psychology, Carrie has spent more than 12 years in various service and management roles in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She holds an Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits from the U.K.´s Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
