Team YYC's visit was in support of the Maui County Farm Bureau and Annual AgFest which included a collaborative dinner with Maui's most acclaimed chefs including Chef Ryan Luckey of Leilani's on the Beach, Chef Tylun Pang of the Fairmont Kea Lani, Chef Lyndon Honda of Laulima Events and Chef Eric Faivre of the Grand Wailea.

Four passed appetizers and four courses were served including a a kampachi ceviche on local pork chicharron, with yuzu kosho, candied chili, cancha, and fried Rosemary prepared by Chef Jessica Pelland and a bone-in meatball with, papaya ketchup and marrow confit pineapple by Pierre Lamielle.

John and Connie prepared the main course - a CHARCUT-style sausage stuffed porchetta with local vegetables, sea asparagus surrounded by a coconut marrow foam.

Guests were entertained with an acoustic set by critically acclaimed Hawaiian duo Lehua Kalima and Shawn Pimental.
